TongueBite Chat Masala Powder

TongueBite Chat Masala Powder is a 200g seasoning pack made for adding a familiar chatpata touch to everyday Indian foods. Its powder form makes it easy to use as a finishing sprinkle or mix-in across snacks, salads, drinks and cooked dishes.
Use it over aloo chaat, where fried or pan-fried potato cubes are tossed with chutneys and masalas. Sprinkle it on papdi chaat, sev puri and bhel puri for a street-style chaat note over crunchy wafers, puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, potatoes and chutneys. It also works well in fruit chaat, where chopped seasonal fruits can be finished with a light dusting of chat masala powder.
For yogurt-based snacks, add it to dahi vada or dahi bhalla along with sweet and spicy chutneys. In pani puri or gol gappe, it can be used in the spiced water along with mint and tamarind. For ragda patties, sprinkle it over potato patties, white pea curry, onions and coriander before serving.
