TongueBite Kalonji Nigella Seeds 50g is a whole-seed spice pack for Indian cooking, seasoning, masala, tadka and baking. Kalonji is widely used in everyday kitchens for its distinctive seed texture and bold seasoning role in curries, dal, vegetable dishes, breads, savoury snacks, chutneys and pickle-style recipes.
Use it in hot oil or ghee for tadka before adding vegetables, lentils or curry bases. It works well in kalonji dal, panch phoron-style sabzi, aloo baingan masala, aloo dum, kaddo ki sabzi, beans bharta and other dry or gravy-style preparations. For Bengali-inspired cooking, whole kalonji can be used in dishes such as Bengali macher jhol, beguni batter, jhinge posto, potol narkol posto and kalonji aloo.
