Cancellation Policy

You can request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Return Policy

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Product is missing from the order
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

Return requests must be raised within [24/48 hours] of delivery.

For food and consumable products, returns may not be accepted if the product is opened, used, damaged after delivery, or not in original packaging.

Proof Required

For return or refund requests, customers may be required to share:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos
  • Package photos
  • Unboxing video, if available
  • Description of the issue

Refund Policy

After your issue is verified, refund will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns/refunds may not be accepted in these cases:

  • Product is opened or used
  • Customer ordered the wrong product
  • Taste, aroma, or personal preference issue
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Return request raised after the allowed time
  • Product without original packaging
